Please read my Terms Of Service before commissioning me
Commission me by DMing me on Instagram, Discord or ToyHouse first! Please don't send me money beforehand
Do NOT commission me if you're not comfortable with me sharing the commission publicly
payments are done via invoices on PayPal (or Ko-fi) and I use the EUR currency
Make sure to have an e-mail, so i can send you the finished piece in high quality!
I tend to experiment with my art, so please don't commission me, if you highly expect to get the same and consistent style from me

Details are prone to being oversimplified

Please avoid commissioning chibis of characters with complicated designs and lots of details! You'd be doing them more justice by commissioning a fullbody drawing instead!

Fully articulated character doing an action different from the options above and according to the clients wishes. The price may highly wary depending on what the client wants.

By buying a commission from me, you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.

The commissioned artwork itself belongs to you but all rights for the artwork are reserved to me. Do not claim the artwork as yours or remove my signature.
Do not repost or use my art without proper credit.
Commissioned artwork is for personal uses only. You cannot use it for commercial uses (and this includes my art in general) unless discussed otherwise.
Do not edit, trace or reference my artwork, with the exception being cropping or resizing the image.
Animation: You may convert the original animation file in any other file format that you deem most comfortable for you or your use.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

You must pay no later than the sketching stage* for the commission. I will not accept your order if you're willing to pay only after the product has been finished (partial paying is OK).
^{*Sketching stage is defined as finishing and polishing the sketch for how your finished commission will look like AKA the last step before lineart.}
I will give no refunds if I'm already in the process of drawing the commission. If for any reasons I am unable to finish the commission, then a full refund is assured.
You may not consider any of my art, such as fanart, art trades, gifts, etc. an add-on to your characters value unless it is a paid commission.

IMPORTANT ADD-ONS

I have the right to refuse my services, regardless if I disclose the reasons or not.
it'll take a long time to finish a commission due to personal circumstances but I will give constant feedback of my work and send you regular updates. Please let me know beforehand if you want to have the commission done sooner or within a certain time window.
You agree to possibly having your commission be posted publicly by me on my social medias.
Do NOT use my art to train AI.
